Q1 : Are the watches authentic ?
A1 : Yes, all our watches are from the very same factory which supply to the retail shops. We will give you a full refund if the watch is found not authentic. In order for us to make the refund a document with the company's letterhead of the authenticating shop must be presented. The shop must be a business registered in Singapore and of reasonable reputation.

Q2: Why are the watches so cheap when compared to the retail shops ?
A2: Since we're purely an online store our overheads are relatively lower than brick-&-mortar retail shops..

Q3: Are your watches the cheapest ?
A2: We strive to offer the best price for our watches, but it is not possible for us to guarantee they are the cheapest in the market as prices are affected by forces of supply & demand. Customers are advised to perform price comparison before making any purchase. We welcome feedback regarding prices offered by other retailers so as to achieve price competitiveness. We do not believe in price-fixing as it is an offence to do so.   

Q3: Are there any hidden cost which i am not aware of ?
A2: All prices listed are in SGD and exclude delivery charges. We do not charge GST. 

Q4 : Is your company legitimate ?
A4: Yes, Watchwagon  Enterprise is a business registered in Singapore. Our Business Registration Number is 53180339B. An official Sales Receipt will be issued when you purchase anything from us. 

Q5 : Where can i view or collect the watches ?
A5 : Watches can be viewed with no obligation to buy at Blk 213 Jurong East Street 21, however viewing is by appointment only. Please email us at enquiry@watchwagon.com or sms 91541182 to arrange. See map to find your way there. For collection, you can either do it at Blk 213 Jurong East Street 21 or meet up at Jurong East MRT taxi-stand, strictly by appointment only.

Q6 : Are your watches listed on eBay ?
A6 : Yes, please visit our eBay Store

Q7 : Do you ship internationally ?        
A7 : Yes, please email us for the shipping & handling cost. However, do take note we do not ship the following Seiko models to EU countries; Grand Seiko, Prospex, Astron, Velatura, Premier, Sportura & Ananta.

Q8 : Do the watches come with warranty ?
A8 : Unless otherwise stated, all watches come with our 1-year in-house Warranty against manufacturing defects. In the case of a warranty claim the watch shall be returned, at the buyer's cost, to us at Blk 213 Jurong East Street 21.

Q9 : Can you take a picture of the actual watch to show me ?
A9 : We will only take pictures for pre-owned watches upon request. For brand new watches you can refer to the pictures posted on the website as they are very representative of the actual watch. Another reason why we do not accede to request for pictures is to minimise handling of the brand new watches. We are very sure you would not like to buy a watch which has been handled before.

Q10 : Are the watches brand new ?
A10 : Unless otherwise stated, all our watches are brand new, taken out from their original factory packaging. Rest assured we do not sell display sets as we do not have them in the first place. We are purely an online shop.

Q11 : How does the Seiko gift-box look like ?
A11 : The below is the default Seiko gift-box you will get, unless otherwise stated.

Q12 : What are the payment modes for Singapore buyers ?
A12 : You can pay cash upon collection or via internet-banking. For Paypal payment please add 4% of the final value. 

Q13 : Why should i buy from you ?      
A13 : These are some of the reasons people give for buying from us ;
- i do not have a Paypal account to shop online or bid on eBay
- i prefer to touch and see the watch before parting with my money
- i do not want to bid online as i have no time to monitor my bids
 - i do not want to wait so long for the watch which I bought online to arrive
 - i do not want to be cheated by fraudsters online

A14 : Yes you can. Please email us for more info, thanks.

How to Order ?

1) SMS / Whatsapp the watch model number to 91541182.

2) I will confirm with you the price & delivery / collection details.

3) During delivery / collection, you will inspect the watch and make payment in cash.

4) Upon payment, you will receive an official Sales Receipt which is to be kept for our in-house warranty purpose.
